Make success a habit! 

Growing up, and through life, we are taught various things to expand knowledge and develop capabilities. Hardly anyone teaches us how to successfully lead ourselves or to be happy. This session will provide insights into how to increase self-management, develop discipline and resilience, and how this will enable you to reach desired goals, increase performance and find happiness. Ultimately, “Become the CEO of yourself” (Anfinsen, 2019) and make success a habit.

On the evening of Thursday, 25 June we have a face to face and blended event for all Henley alumni and friends with a masterclass on the topic of ‘Be the CEO of yourself’ by Henley DBA candidate and alumnus Ole Petter Anfinsen.

Ole Petter Anfinsen is the CEO of AEHP and an experienced business professional with a genuine passion for leadership, health and performance. He combines his expert knowledge of business, leadership and health with a deeper understanding of physiological and psychological well-being. He has over 17 years of leadership and executive experience and holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and an MSc from Henley Business School where he also is doing a Doctor of Business Administration – under supervision from Professor Andrew Kakabadse and Dr Caroline Rook.
